SHIPPING PRICES

1. Shipping

All orders for Europe and the rest of the world will ship from Hamburg, Germany. All orders for US & Canada will ship from Los Angeles, California.

All packages are sent registered with tracking. Shipping prices are inclusive of packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If we are sold out of stock of a certain item in Germany, Bandcamp's system will automatically allocate any order containing the sold out item to the United States, and vice versa. So for example, if you order 3 different albums and one is sold out in Germany, the entire order will be shipped from the United States, subjected to USPS worldwide shipping prices, as listed below. We always note when stock is sold out in a certain territory on the product page, please read the print closely. Thanks for your understanding.

Return Policy

Items can be returned for a full refund or replaced no later than one week after delivery and only if the physical vinyl or CD is damaged. Ostinato Records is not responsible for damages, dents, and tears to packaging caused by handling of postal services. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms.
